Originally from South Africa, Hamilton Filmalter has known and loved the Lord Jesus since his childhood. At the age of 15 he received the baptism in the Holy Spirit at a Baptist Church youth group. He graduated from Hatfield School of Theology in Pretoria in 1984 with a four-year BA Theology degree. As a preacher and Bible teacher, he is involved in evangelism and church planting in several countries, especially in pioneering situations.
